Foxland Harbor Marina

Foxland Harbor Marina is in the approval process with plans to start construction in 2010. It lies along the shoreline of the Foxland Club and Foxland Harbor Condominiums. It will be a full service marina complete with covered slips, gas dock, ship store, transient dock and a possible restaurant.

Fairvue Plantation Boat Docks

Fairvue Plantation is approved for boat docks on the lots on the Fairvue side of the development only. Most lakefront property has a slip in a shared dock on the property line of the neighboring lot. Some lots have individual docks, some are in a community dock and some do not have a dock. Check on any lot for the type of dock associated with that lot before purchasing. The Coves and Foxland have not been approved for docks at this time. It is possible that within a few years additional docks may be approved.

Gallatin Marina

Gallatin Marina is located just around the corner from Fairvue Plantation. They have covered slips, gas, ship store and a restaurant.
