Joe Godfrey has been in the real estate, construction and development business since graduating with a BS in Construction in 1988.  As co-owner of a real estate and development company in Florida since 1992, he has developed numerous developments, built hundreds of homes and managed new home sales.  Moving to Tennessee in 2007 with a beautiful wife, son and daughter and a resident of Fairvue Plantation he has worked in all aspects of the Fairvue Plantation community since.  He is the broker of Fairvue Realty, LLC and focuses on the sales of lots and homes in Fairvue and Foxland Plantation.    He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, Sumner Association of Realtors, Realtors Land Institute and the Local and National CCIM network.

Tim Brown is a native of Sumner County where has resided for the past 50 years.  By being a local resident he is very familiar with the Gallatin and Hendersonville area and has watched the growth over the past several years. He attended the Hendersonville local schools and graduated in 1976 from Goodpasture Christian School in Madison TN. In 1985 Tim joined the Hendersonville Fire Department where he worked for 23 years as an Emergency Medical Technician, Senior Firefighter, Arson Investigator and Fire Inspector. In 2007 Tim took an early retirement from the Hendersonville Fire Department and received his Associate Real Estate Brokers License. In April 2007 he joined the sales team as an on site sales agent in the Fairvue Plantation Community.  Tim is specializing in Fairvue Plantation, Foxland, Hendersonville and Gallatin new and resale properties.  He has been a top selling agent for Fairvue and Foxland since joining.  Tim covers the on site sales office as well as working throughout the community. Tim has been very active in community affairs as well as coaching baseball with the Hendersonville Civitan League for 11 years. Tim and wife Wendy also a native of Sumner County currently reside in Hendersonville with their two boys Hunter (16 yrs. old) and Preston ( 12 ) He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Sumner Association of Realtors.
