Mr. Leon Moore the Chairman and CEO of the former publicly traded lodging development and franchising company Sholodge is the sole owner of TLP/Devco and is a resident of Fairvue Plantation.

Mr. Moore is also the creator of other Nashville area neighborhoods including Indian Ridge and Blue Ridge.
