Architectural Review Board Documents & Forms

The Fairvue Plantation Architectural Review Board is composed of Farivue Plantation residents, an independent consulting architect, members of the Approved Builders Group and representatives of TLP/Devco, the developer of Fairvue Plantation.

The ARB meets each month to review and approve plans for new homes and additions to homes. For more information on submitting plans to the ARB please contact the Custom Home Center at 615-451-0909.
